Small Group Reformer
at the Glenford Pilates Station with MARS founder, chelsea heller.
This is a collaborative, one-on-one practice rooted in curiosity rather than correction. Together, we listen closely—to breath, sensation, and pattern—using Pilates as a framework rather than a prescription.
Expect intelligent sequencing, subtle challenges, and space to explore what strength feels like in your body. Private sessions are ideal if you’re craving nuance, rebuilding trust after injury, or ready to move with more agency and clarity.
This session is designed for friends who want to move together. Rather than a one-on-one deep dive, small group sessions lean into collective rhythm, pacing, and presence—using the group dynamic as part of the practice itself.
Guided with clarity and responsiveness, we work with Pilates as a framework to build strength, mobility, and coordination while offering options that allow each person to engage at their own edge. You’ll move in conversation with one another—sometimes synchronized, sometimes distinct—learning how your body responds in relation to others.
This is about awareness, adaptability, and shared momentum, not performance or uniformity.
One person books the session and may invite up to 3 friends. The rate covers the full group. It’s up to you to fill the spots.
