Not at all.
Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. There’s no pressure to perform, keep up, or push past your limits. This is a space to listen, choose, and build trust in your body over time.
These sessions are designed to be accessible whether you’re brand new or deeply experienced. Clear cues and modifications are offered throughout. -
Thoughtful, precise movement with room to explore.
You’ll be guided through strength-building and mobility-enhancing sequences that emphasize alignment, breath, and control, with options offered throughout. Expect to move with intention, feel challenged in a sustainable way, and leave feeling more connected to your body — not depleted.

Wear something you can move comfortably in.
Fitted clothing helps instructors see alignment, but you don’t need anything fancy.

We recommend it! Especially if it’s your first time here.
Arriving 10 minutes early gives you time to get settled, ask questions, and start class feeling grounded. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun. -
Life happens — we get it.
We ask for advance notice so spots can be opened to others. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged according to the booking policy listed at checkout.

Please let us know before class.
While we’re not a physical therapy clinic, instructors are skilled at offering modifications and alternatives. Private sessions are often the best place to start if you’re navigating injury, recent surgery, or specific limitations.
