004: Range of Motion

This session focuses on building mobility that supports strength and coordination—not just increasing range for its own sake. Through a full mat class, we’ll explore how mobility emerges from the relationship between range, control, and load.

Rather than pushing into end ranges, we’ll investigate how the body responds when movement is supported, organized, and intentional. You’ll begin to distinguish between flexibility and mobility, and learn how to build range that feels accessible, stable, and usable in motion.
