005: Planes of Movement

This session widens the lens, inviting movement beyond straight lines. You’ll explore how the body organizes itself when moving forward and back, side to side, and through rotation—revealing how variety in direction builds resilience and coordination.

Through a thoughtfully sequenced mat class, you’ll experience how earlier concepts—breath, axial support, load, and mobility—come together when movement becomes more dynamic and multidirectional. The focus is on expanding options, not perfecting form.
